How big are your ceramic pieces?
_There are tiny, small, medium, and large sizes. Tiny and small pieces are about your thumb size or smaller. 

Do you ship internationally?
_Yes but only to some countries. 

Do you offer gift wrapping and custom gift notes?
_Yes, I do! You can purchase my gift wrapping and custom notes listing ($5.60). Contact me for your specific custom notes that you want me to write for the gift packages.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?
_You can contact me within 12 hours of the order to cancel before I ship out your packages. I generally take 1-2 days of processing before I ship out all orders.

Do you accept return?
_Yes, I do! Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the package. Any shipping fee for a return label will be your responsibility. After you have purchased shipping from the post office and ship the package back to me, I will check for the package conditions (new without breaking). I will issue a full refund of your order after I inspect it. Returning and Refunding window will be closed after 10 days of receiving the package. Thank you so much for your understanding!

How long do my international packages take to arrive to destination?
_I ship all packages through USPS First class and USPS Priority international. They generally take 2 to 8 weeks depending on destinations. International buyers outside of the US is resposible for any tax duty. 

Do you take custom order?
_Unfornately, I have no extra time to dedicate to a custom order. Ceramic pieces have long processing times so I don't feel that it is fair for the anyone to have to wait that long for one item. I do make a bunch of different animals to compensate for my no-custom-order policy :).

_I actually stumble upon this question quite often so I will add this here just incase :). First of all, thank you so much for supporting a small handmade business like me.
